EV ratio rule
Ratio = expected loot value ÷ market sell price. Above 3× → use the key (loot is worth way more than sell). 1.5–3× → depends on your kit + risk tolerance. Below 1.5× → sell to Fence; not worth risking the raid for marginal upside. Reusable keys (uses · infinite) are always worth using since the "cost" of using one is negligible.
